At Merfai Prints, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

Orders are typically processed within 3–10 business days, depending on the size, complexity, and customization of the order. Processing times may increase during holidays, sales, special events, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information, if applicable. Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Merfai Prints.

Merfai Prints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, holidays, customs processing, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Merfai Prints is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees before the order can be resent.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Merfai Prints is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues after a package has been marked as delivered.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. Any customs fees, duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at merfaiprints@gmail.com. Please include your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging. Any replacement provided is at the sole discretion of Merfai Prints.
