Welcome to Merfai Prints. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing any product or service from Merfai Prints, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Merfai Prints reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

All products, designs, images, descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our sole discretion.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including names, personalization details, photos, shipping addresses, and contact information. Merfai Prints is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

All sales are final. Merfai Prints does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within two (3) days of delivery by emailing merfaiprints@gmail.com. Any replacement provided is at the sole discretion of Merfai Prints.

Production and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Merfai Prints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, supply shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers retain ownership of any photos, logos, or artwork they submit, but permit Merfai Prints to use those materials solely to fulfil their order. By submitting content, customers represent that they have the legal right to use and reproduce such content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

All designs, logos, graphics, product listings, website content, and branding created by Merfai Prints remain the intellectual property of Merfai Prints and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Merfai Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products, services, or website. Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

By placing an order with Merfai Prints, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
